Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, email us at googoods188@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at googoods188@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
